Divine Agency Ltd provides our client with the highest standard of staff on either a long-term basis or on a last minute basis. We believe that our organisation should be able : • To supply agency staff to cover requirements of shifts on a last minute basis. • To offer a fast response to requests in order to make the usage of agency more cost effective. • To supply highly vetted and highly experienced agency staff at all times. • To gain the confidence of our clients that the agency staff they use are compliant compliant with the National Minimum Standards . • To gain the confidence of our clients that our company provides training and support to its entire staff. • To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non discriminatory fashion. • To ensure that our clients’ needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, age, parenthood and disabilities or impairments. • To manage and implement an ongoing process of continual investment and improvement throughout the organisation with particular emphasis on the selection, recruitment, training and personal development of agency staff. • To ensure that all clients receive written information of the organisations procedures for handling complaints, comments and compliments and how to use it.
